SINOCONVE Sidewall conveyor belt consists of three parts: base belt, sidewall and diaphragm. The rib plays a role in preventing the material from slipping and falling. In order to facilitate bypassing the drum, the ribs are designed to be corrugated; the function of the diaphragm is to support the material, in order to achieve large inclination conveying, the T-type TC type is used. The ribs and the diaphragm of sidewall rubber conveyor belt are connected with the base belt by the method of secondary vulcanization, which has a high connection strength. The conveying angle is increased (30°~90°) & the conveying capacity is large and the lifting height is higher.

Abrasion-resistant rubber, also known as Grade A, is used when the conveyed material is very rough and abrasive, and causes the rubber to wear from the belt too quickly.
